My first experiment with Out Of Border images (OOBs). Almost any image can be embellished using a bit of imagination to make it appear like it is protruding over the edges of the picture, giving it kind of 3-D look. This is the tutorial I used.

After all these years, it has become the #2 biggest New Year-Welcoming-Event in the country, the gathering at New York’s Time Square prides the first place.
